He is investing in next gen RGM Transformation, Agentic AI platforms, Digital Customer engagement and trading capabilities, Integrated and Optimised commercial planning capability. Apoorva’s team is in the process of setting up best in class global Trade Promotion Management and commercial planning capability with future ready Agentic AI and insights integration. This will be a gamechanger for PepsiCo. They are currently in the process of global design of the solution and will kick off in 2026 with ead markets.
