                                        Ben's role is primarily focussed on Digital Commerce Data understanding and Insight generation – supporting the wider business in the UK to understand where to play, and how to win across all eCommerce channels. His team is investing in solutions to support the optimisation of Digital Shelf; and they are currently working on a solution with a separate third-party provider for Rapid Delivery Apps. Ben is currently focussed on bringing together two worlds; Soft Drinks and Beer. He is developing a framework for the new Carlsberg Britvic business to understand Digital Shelf performance, and how to action change to improve online sales.
