Christian Skaar

VP eCommerce EUNA Beiersdorf AG

Christian’s role is to ensure the creation and upskilling of high performing teams across Europe and North America while at the same time fostering exchange between markets and the build of a strong eComm community. Next to that, his team is working on driving media and content performance to the next level and piloting new tech – and in the case of successful POCs, rolling them out to markets. Christian is investing in solutions that help his team to stay ahead and relevant with content, especially in the age of assistants. He is also always looking for new impulses in the social commerce space as well as innovative solutions in the area of 3P. The team is currently working on a new OPM for the eCommerce teams which will help them to be faster to market, reduce working in silos and unleash potential by leveraging synergies across teams.

Day 2 | 4th March

9:40 AM Panel: How can you optimise your visibility across the LLM ecosystem to stay discoverable as consumers shift from search to chat?

As LLMs become central to how consumers discover and evaluate products, brands must understand how these systems source, rank and surface information – and how to shape their inputs to influence outputs. This session explores how to optimise visibility across LLM-friendly ecosystems and tools like Amazon’s Rufus using structured data, semantic cues and authoritative references. Learn how to align with retailers and syndication partners to ensure your digital assets are compliant, consistent and ready for generative AI. With SEO evolving into Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), the risk is clear: if consumers shop through agentic AI and conversational interfaces, traditional ecommerce journeys could be bypassed entirely. Find out how to stay discoverable and relevant as AI becomes the gateway to online commerce.
