Day 2 | 4th March

10:20 AM Panel: How can you leverage DTC and marketplace strategies to drive omnichannel success without sacrificing on operational agility?

Choosing the right marketplaces – and managing them effectively – can unlock powerful growth opportunities, but only with the right infrastructure and strategic oversight. This session explores how to evaluate which platforms make sense for your brand and how to onboard them efficiently. Learn how to build a tech stack that enables smooth omnichannel fulfilment and order management, while tailoring your product portfolio by geography, margin structure and pack configuration. We’ll examine the profitability trade-offs between DTC and marketplace models, the role of bundling and dropship strategies, and how brands are adapting to shifting dynamics - from Amazon’s maturity to Temu’s rapid emergence and logistical hurdles. You’ll also hear how to experiment with discovery tools like Amazon’s Rufus without compromising pricing control or product strategy.
