As a Global Change & Digital Transformation leader, Ivone specialises in turning transformation ambition into organisational readiness, adoption and, ultimately, business value. Her experience spans enterprise transformation, SAP S/4HANA, digital adoption, organisational change, transformation governance and the leadership of high-performing, cross-functional teams.

In her current role at FrieslandCampina, Ivone leads the global change and adoption agenda for a major S/4HANA transformation impacting around 9,000 people across 30+ countries and 100+ markets. The transformation involves the migration of manufacturing systems to S/4HANA while supporting a complex global business and maintaining continuity across a €12 billion organisation.

A central focus of Ivone's work is making transformation measurable. She has developed pragmatic, data - driven frameworks that bring the same discipline to adoption, readiness, culture and behaviour that organisations traditionally apply to technology and systems data. This enables leaders to move beyond broad measures of "change readiness" and understand what is really happening across the organisation, where intervention is needed and how adoption connects to business outcomes.

Her approach is grounded in the belief that adoption is not the finish line. Transformation only stops when the intended business value is realised and sustained. This means moving beyond simply getting people onto a new system and focusing on what changes as a result—from cleaner data and fewer workarounds to new ways of working, stronger organisational capabilities and measurable business impact.

Ivone is particularly passionate about designing change around the "moments that matter": creating relevant, scalable experiences that help people understand not only what is changing, but why it matters and what they need to do differently. She combines strategic direction with practical execution, translating complex change impacts into actionable plans and equipping leaders and teams with the tools, insights and capabilities required to make transformation real.

Ivone operates comfortably at executive level while working directly with teams, stakeholders, partners and vendors. Her leadership experience spans global, multi-market programmes, where she connects business and technology agendas with the human side of transformation and builds capabilities that enable organisations to sustain change beyond the programme itself.
