Jayme has spent the last 15 years driving transformation programmes across multiple industries and functions. He currently leads content innovation at Haleon which includes scaling the use of content automation and AI to improve content quality, speed and cost. Prior this role, he led major transformation programmes in Global Operations and Media, including leading the company's global paid search and social strategy to deliver brand growth. Prior to joining Haleon, Jayme worked for several years in Technology Consulting driving transformation strategic advisory to IT delivery in supply chain and marketing teams.
