Kamil leads digital transformation for the Polish market in PepsiCo, reshaping Ways Of Working through technology for the Commercial team. He is investing in solutions for B2B eCommerce, Analytics, and Image Recognition. Kamil’s most exciting current project is a B2B platform for retailers called PepHub. 75% of business partners in the HoReCa channel are using this B2B platform to place orders and drive collaboration. The platform positively impacts all commercial aspects including volume, range and frequency of ordering, but also helps to increase the engagement of retailers and drive long-term relationships.
