As part of a Global CoE team, Laura is responsible for enabling the end-to-end Philips Personal Health (Consumer Good) organisation to successfully unlock growth in the key online channel. Laura leads a team of subject matter experts in key eCommerce competencies including Digital Shelf, Content Enablement, SEO and eCommerce Analytics; works within a complex cross-functional landscape to create expected standards; enables via processes, systems, tooling and data; embeds via capability building and drives the continuous improvement agenda for the channel across key regions and digital commerce platforms to drive business impact. Laura is also accountable for managing the global relationship and co-ordinating the regional approach with Amazon via Global Vendor Management. Laura’s team is currently investing in Digital Shelf, Content Enablement, SEO, GEO, and agentic commerce solutions, as well as Amazon business management tools and bespoke internal solutions. Digital Shelf is the team's most prominent project and achievement, as everything they work on is connected to this.
