Oli has spent over 17 years in digital commerce, beginning with Unilever’s UK and global teams, where he developed shopper-first frameworks and scaled content across 14 markets for 77 brands in partnership with Neem Consulting. He led the adoption of AI and automation to cut costs, improve consistency, and drive award-winning results, including Best CPG at the Digital Shelf awards and recognition in the DCI index in 2024. Oli has conducted extensive eye-tracking studies on online shoppers, championed mobile-first content, and worked with Cambridge University, GS1, CPGs, and retailers to set the global standard for Mobile Ready Hero images, publishing guidelines in 2022. He now heads Digital Commerce at Neem Consulting, helping CPGs deliver impactful, shopper-centric digital experiences.
