He also leads the EU business of Kenvue's largest Pure Play customer across Retail, Media, Digital Shelf and Supply Chain. Phin’s team is currently investing in tools for Digital Shelf and Share of Search, as well as technology to improve the shopper journey, and AI solutions for customer forecasting & content creation. His most exciting current projects include eCategory Management collaboration with a strategic retail partner to revolutionise the shopper journey within a specific healthcare category linking to a broader macro Health & Wellness initiative.
