His team continues to invest in and evolve analysis tools to allow them to manage and scale a relatively complex pan European business. Stephen is excited by the evolution of AI powered search from consumers using ChatGPT to Google’s AI overviews and Rufus chat bot on Amazon. It’s early stages in this space, so learning and discovery is the #1 priority.
